We run out of one shop on 5531 E Rosedale St in Fort Worth, which is how we keep install times short and send our own people rather than subcontractors. We cover the whole metroplex and the counties around it — 11 counties in all. Here’s everywhere we serve, and what makes each area’s water different.

Home base. Our shop is on E Rosedale in Fort Worth, so Tarrant County installs are usually the quickest to schedule. Most of the county is supplied from Tarrant Regional Water District reservoirs, and the water arrives hard enough that scale on fixtures is the norm rather than the exception.

The densest part of our service area and the widest mix of housing — 1950s Oak Cliff bungalows with original galvanized plumbing through to new-build in Grand Prairie. Water is hard county-wide, and older plumbing shows scale damage faster.

Plano, Frisco, Allen and Wylie are served largely by the North Texas Municipal Water District. Lots of newer construction here, which surprises people — a five-year-old house scales up just as fast as a fifty-year-old one if the water is hard.

Denton County, TX
Denton County is the one part of our area where we regularly see both city water and private wells. The two need genuinely different systems, so this is where a free water test earns its keep before anyone buys anything.

Rockwall County, TX
The smallest county in Texas by area and one of the fastest growing. Almost everything here is supplied by the North Texas Municipal Water District, and much of the housing stock is new enough that owners are surprised how quickly scale shows up.

South of Dallas, and a genuine mix — Midlothian and Waxahachie on treated surface water, plus a lot of acreage on private wells once you get past the city limits. Which of the two you're on changes the system entirely.

Johnson County, TX
Burleson, Cleburne and Joshua, running south from Fort Worth. Well water is common outside town, and Johnson County is where we fit more iron and sulfur systems than anywhere else in our area.

Weatherford and the country west of Fort Worth. This is well-water territory — big lots, private wells, and hardness levels that regularly come back higher than anything on the city side of the county line.

Forney, Terrell and Kaufman, east of Dallas. Rapid new-build growth on North Texas Municipal Water District supply, with well water still common on the older properties.

Greenville and the north-east edge of the metroplex. Supplied largely from Lake Tawakoni, and far enough out that a lot of homes are on private wells.

Decatur, Bridgeport and the country north-west of Fort Worth. Predominantly rural, predominantly well water, and the part of our area where a water test most often changes what we recommend.
