How to judge an installation before you buy
Three things worth checking in any company’s photos, including ours.
Can you reach the bypass?
If the bypass valve is buried behind the tank, servicing means draining the system. It should be accessible standing up.
Is the pipework supported?
Unsupported pipe puts weight on the valve head. Over years that's how you get leaks at the connections.
Is the drain line done right?
It needs an air gap. Without one you have a cross-connection between your drain and your water supply.
