How hard is the water in Dallas–Fort Worth?
Hard enough that almost every home in the metroplex shows it — white spots on glassware, crust around faucets, soap that won't lather, and a water heater working harder than it should. Exactly how hard depends on which reservoir your city draws from, which is why we test at your sink rather than quoting from a map.
What does a whole-home system actually cost?
It depends on your water and your house — the size of the system, whether you're on city water or a well, and where the equipment has to go. We publish one figure honestly: our Complete Home System Package has an original price of $4,599, and we run discounts against it. The free water test is what turns that into a real number for your home.
Is installation really free?
Yes. There is no installation charge on our systems. It's included, and it's done by our own installers rather than subcontractors.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
The system itself, for as long as you own it. That's the whole point of the name — we'd rather sell you equipment that lasts than sell you a replacement in six years.
Do I need a softener, a filter, or both?
Different problems. A softener removes the calcium and magnesium that cause scale and dry skin. A filter removes chlorine, taste and odour. Most DFW homes have both problems, which is why our whole-home systems do both in one unit. If you're on a well, iron and sulfur are usually the bigger issue and that needs a different build entirely.
How long does an installation take?
A typical whole-home install is a half day. An under-sink reverse osmosis system is usually a couple of hours. We work around your schedule and clean up after ourselves.
